How long will it take to receive my video?

We work hard to create and deliver your magical Santa video as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive your video within a few days, ready to share with your family and friends.

How will I receive my video?

Your final video will be delivered digitally to the email address you provided during checkout. From there, you can easily download it and share it on social media or with your loved ones.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Since each video is a custom creation, we begin working on it shortly after the order is placed.  Therefore, we cannot change orders that are currently in process.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For the best results, use a clear, well-lit photo of your front door or entryway, taken from the inside looking out. This is the view where Santa will magically appear! The higher the quality of your photo, the more realistic your video will look.
