  • Processing Status: Orders that have already been assigned to our operations team or entered into production cannot be canceled.

  • Special Offers & Promotions: Products or services purchased as part of limited-time promotions, holiday specials, or discounted offers are non-cancellable.

  • Same-Day Services: Orders placed for same-day delivery or expedited services are not eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Santa Cam experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Method of Request: To initiate a refund, send an email to support@santacam.co including your order number and reason for the request.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 24–72 hours.

  • Exclusions: Refunds may be reduced to account for any legal documents, custom digital services, or completed work already delivered.

Special Offers: Purchases made under holiday discounts or promotional offers may not be eligible for a refund.
